About Me

Hello! I’m Stephanie, a Research & Product leader who specializes in driving strategy through a user insights lens. Through insights, I help organizations make informed decisions that get them closer to their business goals.

My success as a Research leader in tech reflects my personality of being a self-starter who is unafraid of a challenge.  I found myself in the field of UX Research rather accidentally, when I took on a role as a usability analyst at an e-commerce agency. From there I transitioned to Google and then eventually Meta, where I collectively spent 12 years. I’ve also worked in education tech and volunteered for local digital aid groups that support non-profit organizations.

I have extensive experience both conducting research and building up research teams. While I’m a qualitative researcher by training, I have led teams of mixed methods and quantitative researchers, from academic and industry backgrounds, both new to the field and seasoned leaders. I value diversity of experience and thought and I seek to foster an environment that leverages each individual’s strengths.

What I love most about research though, and what is really my special sauce, is collaborating with XFN partners and working together to drive a strategy that is grounded in user insights. I thrive in bringing clarity to ambiguity and bridging gaps across teams. I strip away the formality and daunting aspects of research, and I make insights relevant and actionable. At the end of the day, my expertise is less about formal research and more about insights-driven strategy.
